Get set up in seconds — My Colleagues brings team availability and quick chat access to your widget board so you can stay connected without opening a full app.
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
Open the My Colleagues app and sign in using your Microsoft 365 organizational or personal account.
Open the widget board
Open the Windows widget board and click the "+" button to add a new widget.
Add the My Colleagues widget
Select "My Colleagues" from the popup menu and press "Add" to place it on your board.
Place and size the widget
Drag the widget to the desired position on your board and choose the widget size that fits your layout.
